The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

2.3           Payemoji is a Service owned by Message My Customer Ltd.

2.5         Country refers to countries where Payemoji operates and will be updated from time to time i.e.  Ireland, United Kingdom, USA, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Canada and many more.

2.6           Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone, or a digital tablet.

2.7           Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

2.8           Service refers to the Website and Payemoji Services provided by Message My Customer Ltd.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analysing how the Service is used.

2.11       Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated using the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

2.12        Website refers to Payemoji, accessible from https://www.payemoji.com or Message My Customer Ltd, accessible from https://www.messagemycustomer.com.

2.13        You or you mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.

8.2      We may need to specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer if your request is complex.

8.3      You may request a data correction: You can request correction of the personal data that we hold about you, such as incomplete or inaccurate data. We may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.

8.4      You may request Data erasure of your Personal Data: This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. We may not always be able to comply with your request for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you.

8.5      You may Objecting to processing of your Personal Data: You can object to processing of your personal data on the grounds it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also may object where we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
