Welcome to The Contacted Business (the "Business"), which is using the Service from Payemoji through messaging applications. Payemoji is a brand owned by Message My Customer Ltd ("MMC"). Any such service or services offered by Payemoji are referred to in this agreement as the "Service(s)". As used in this agreement, "we", "us", "our", "Payemoji" and "MMC" have the same meaning.

1. What is this Service and who is Payemoji?
Payemoji enable businesses to go digital with simplified conversation commerce solutions like WhatsApp - no mobile apps and no websites are required for a smarter customer experience. You can read more about the Services offered to businesses at Payemoji.com. The Business has a subscription with Payemoji to offer this Service to you.
2. Why is the Opt-in agreement needed?
To ensure a high-quality messaging experience for customers ("you"), and to ensure you do not receive marketing spam, WhatsApp and other messaging applications require you to agree to Opt-in to receive messages from the Business and from us. As an example, you can read about WhatsApp Opt-in here.
3. What do you have to do to Opt-in to receive messages from the Business and us?
By continuing to use this Service in WhatsApp you are implicitly Opting-in to receive messages from the Business and from us from time to time.
4. What messages will you receive from the Business and from us?
By Opting-in to this agreement you are agreeing to receive notification updates for existing orders, pending deliveries, business updates (e.g., Business opening and closing hours, new location etc.), newsletters, special and other promotional offers, and product updates.""
5. How do you Opt-out from receiving messages from the Business and us?
If you do not agree to receive these messages, you should leave this WhatsApp conversation with the Business, and we will automatically register that you have Opted-out to receive messages from this Business and from us. Note if you have Opted-in to another business using the Service, the Opt-out shall only apply to the Business, and not to the Service. You can also Opt-out anytime by sending an email message to support@payemoji.com with "Opt-out" in the email message title, and in the email body include your phone number with international prefix (e.g., +441234567) and the specific Business name you wish to Opt-out.
6. How is my personal information protected when using this Service?
We comply to "Data Protection Legislation" in the jurisdictions in which we operate. As an example, in the EEA we comply to the European Union Regulation 2016/679 (the "General Data Protection Regulation") and any legislation and/or regulation implementing or made pursuant to it, or which amends or replaces any of it, and any other applicable legislation. You may refer to our Privacy Policy here and Data Processing ("DPA") here. You can also send an email message to support@payemoji.com with 'Privacy' or 'Data Protection' in the email message title, and your specific query in the email message body.
We cannot help you with specific questions you may have related to the Business. You must directly contact the Business with the contact (email or phone) provided in the contact details menu of messaging application like WhatsApp.
