Importing a Candidate List from Firefish
Payemoji provides a convenient way to message multiple candidates with a message using our campaigns feature. You can find how to use our Campaign feature in more detail
here, however this article will outline how to import a Candidate list from Firefish.
Step 1 - Exporting Your List from Firefish
- In Firefish, go to the view such as a Saved Search or Talent Pool you wish to export.
- In the top right corner select the small "gears" icon allowing you to choose the columns to display. Make sure the First Name, Surname and Mobile are selected. Click Update
- Now Click Export CSV

Step 2 - Copy Data to Payemoji Template
- Open your Payemoji import template (you can find a copy here)
- Open your downloaded Firefish export file and copy the appropriate fields to the Payemoji import template. Note that except for the mobile number all fields are optional however these fields may be used in the campaign (eg the First Name as a greeting).
- Save the Import file (preferably rename it so you can use the template again)
Note - the mobile numbers need to be in international format (for example +447XXXXXXX). You can edit these in bulk in Excel just reach out to
support@payemoji.com if you would like any help formatting these
Step 3 - Import Data
- You can now import your data into the Payemoji Campaign
