Running a Campaign Using a Loxo LIst

Creating a campaign with Loxo is oh so easy!  Sending messages to candidates in bulk makes for a high level of responses and engagement.

Firstly go to the Campaign section of the Payemoji portal (select Campaigns from the left tab menu)

Click New Campaign (orange button top left).  Add a campaign name and description.  The channel will select the default channels automatically however change these if required.  Click Next

Select the template you wish to use and then click Next.   If the template you want is not available please contact support@payemoji.com

After you select the template additional options will appear:
  1. Template Variables – these can be manually entered (all users will receive the same value) or you can the check box on the right hand side call Value Per Recipient.  You will then be asked to populate this field from Loxo on the next screen.  If you select this option you are still required to enter a manual value for any candidate who does not have this field completed in Loxo

  1. Acknowledgement Reply – this section allows you to manage the replies to the buttons which are pressed within the template.  All button presses will respond with is reply.   You can choose:

    1. No – no response sent or it pre-configured by Payemoji Support

    1. Free Text– enter what text you would like to respond with

    1. Template– a set template to respond with.  Payemoji Support (support@payemoji.com) can assist you in creating these to select from

Notes
Note for Acknowledgements
If a workflow or standard response has already been configured for one or all of the buttons (eg “I’m Interested” sends a specific follow up response which you have already configured) this will over-ride the one created here.  Work with the Payemoji Support team to create workflows to attach to these buttons it takes no time at all!

In the next screen for Recipients, select Loxo List.   Importantly, select the correct List from Loxo (to add a Candidate to a list select the Candidate and then select the + button and select Add to List).   In addition, map the Phone field and any other field here which appears as a variable to a field in Loxo.  For Phone numbers it is important to select the correct phone field you use to store the mobile number of the candidate.   Once completed, click Create.

You campaign is now created and has a status of “Ready to Send”.  Click on the newly added Campaign from Campaign List and click Execute Campaign.
