What are WhatsApp charges?
Every time a customer starts a WhatsApp conversation with your business, WhatsApp business charges Payemoji. The good news is we do not charge you for any WhatsApp conversation, but we do charge you for messages between you and your customers.
What are message charges?
Every time we send or receive a message to your business we have a cost. This is charged by WhatsApp, SMS, other messaging Apps and service providers. We try and keep the costs of messages really low to you, but we have to pass some message charges ...
How much will I be charged for messages?

How can I dispute charges?
We are sorry there is an issue with your Billing. You can raise billing disputes by emailing Support or raising a ticket through the Help centre. Please note that we charge for every message we receive and send, as our providers charge us.
How can I upgrade my service to advanced?
Please sign-in to your Account. You can upgrade your subscription by visiting the account info section in your account. Please note that the new subscription plan will be applied from the next billing cycle (i.e. next billing month).
How can I upgrade my service to enterprise?
At this time Enterprise product is not available. We will make it available soon.
How much does it cost to use a Stripe account?

Can I request a credit for service?
Typically we do not offer credits. You can raise billing disputes by emailing Support or raising a ticket in the Help Centre.
Can I pause my subscription?
You can pause your service, but you can not pause your subscription as we still have costs associated with maintaining your account and your phone number.
How can I restart an old subscription?
Unfortunately you can not restart an old subscription. You must create a new account with a new number and QR code.
