An eCommerce store is where products or services are sold and digital payments are taken. Every Business gets their own eCommerce Store or can bring their own store or can skip this feature and not offer a store as part of this service.
I already have an eCommerce store, Can I bring my own Store?
Yes you can use an existing eCommerce Store or create a new eCommerce Store. Please see Setup My eCommerce Store within the Portal to add the details of your existing eCommerce store.

Yes you can use an existing Shopify eCommerce Store or create a new eCommerce Store.

What is a product and services catalogue?
This is basically the menu of your products and/or services. It typically includes a product number (or SKU), product name, description, picture of product and price.

Can I upload one product at a time?
Yes you can add one product or service at a time. However we do recommend if you have many products or services its far easier to use our simple product and service catalogue template.
What are product categories?
Product Categories allow you to structure your eCommerce store in a simpler way for your customers to find what they are looking for. For example a Coffee Shop may have the following categories like Hot Beverages, Cold Beverages, Sandwiches, Soups, ...
How many product categories can I have?
We allow more categories than you can think of! Though of course managing many categories become difficult - please contact Support if you have any problems.
Can I replace an existing product or product catalogue
Yes you can replace or update a product catalogue anytime. Just upload the new product catalogue and it will take effect immediately.
How many products can I upload?
We allow a maximum of 10,000 products. for imports the file is limited to 5,000 products per file. If you require more Products please contact Support.
Can I have a different store front?
Yes we allow different store front templates. You can select those in the business setup.
What eCommerce reports do you support?
We provide a range of reports within the Portal Dashboard and within the reporting area. If you require additional information of have a suggestion for a standard report we should add please contact Support
How will I know when an order is received?

Do you support delivery?
No, we currently do not support delivery. Coming soon is an integration into delivery providers.
How will I handle refunds?
