Why do I need to verify my Meta (Facebook) Business account?
Our service requires a WhatsApp Business account to be setup for your business (its how we send WhatsApp messages on your behalf). Meta (Facebook) allow you 30 days of grace after which they will shut your account off and you won't be able to receive or send WhatsApp messages. This is not our policy but Facebook policy to ensure people use WhatsApp business correctly and your account is secure.
