WhatsApp is owned by Facebook (now known as Meta). In order to use this Service and interact with your customers we must setup a WhatsApp business account on your behalf. Meta (Facebook) require the Meta Business Manager ID in order to setup the WhatsApp business account. Without this number we will not be able to complete setup.

1. Go to:  Facebook Business Settings
   
2. Select Business Info (left hand side at the bottom)
3. Your Facebook Business Manager ID should now be visible.  Select the number and copy (Ctrl+C on Windows or ⌘ +C on a Mac)
4. Return to the sign up screen and you can now paste into the box (Ctrl+V on Windows or ⌘ +V on a Mac) and click Next

      Note:  If you have an older Facebook page it may be possible you do not yet have a Meta Business Account.  A Meta Business Account allows you to manage Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp under one login.  The link above may take you to the landing page for signing up to a Meta Business Account.  This only takes a minute and the information required is your name, your business name and your email address.  After you click sign up and fill this in you will be able to access the Business Manager ID page here:  Facebook Business Settings
