What is a workflow?

A workflow is a process within the Service which our Customers interact with. This may be a simple workflow like Location which is presented within the Main Menu and after the customer selects it they are simply shown your Location and at this points the Workflow ends. Some Workflows can get complicated with additional questions and menus being asked to the users. Each selectable item in the initial Menu represents an individual Workflow.

    • How can I pause a workflow?

      Yes you can. Inside the Portal select Workflows and the specific Workflow and select Pause. The Workflow will now not be visible to your customers. You can un-pause then at any time to make this visible again
    • Can I have a draft workflow?

      Yes! You can create a Workflow and test it but not publish it to your customers. This Workflow will stay as Draft until you Publish it after which this will be visible and usable to your customers.
