What is a short link to initiate the service?
A short link is a website address (URL) which triggers WhatsApp to open and insert your phone number and some text to allow a customer to easily contact you. These addresses are a very easy way to make a clickable link for a conversation to start and work the same as a normal web address but in this case they start WhatsApp instead of an internet browser.
