How do I setup a Meta (Facebook) Business Manager Account?

To setup a WhatsApp account on your behalf, Meta (Facebook) require we provide your Meta Business Manager ID which identifies you Meta Business Account.   The Meta Business Manager allows their Business users to manage Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp all from a single login.
