How can I upgrade my service to advanced?
Please sign-in to your Account. You can upgrade your subscription by visiting the account info section in your account. Please note that the new subscription plan will be applied from the next billing cycle (i.e. next billing month).
Can I request a credit for service?
Typically we do not offer credits. You can raise billing disputes by emailing Support or raising a ticket in the Help Centre.
