How can I publish a workflow?

Log into the Portal and select Workflows and then the specific Workflow you wish to Publish. Select Publish and the status of the Workflow will change and this will now be available to your customers! If you wish to test the Workflow prior to publishing then include your own (personal) phone number in the text box provided and press Test. This will allow you to experience what the customer see.
