    • What eCommerce reports do you support?

      We provide a range of reports within the Portal Dashboard and within the reporting area. If you require additional information of have a suggestion for a standard report we should add please contact Support
    • How many product categories can I have?

      We allow more categories than you can think of! Though of course managing many categories become difficult - please contact Support if you have any problems.
    • How many products can I upload?

      We allow a maximum of 10,000 products.  for imports the file is limited to 5,000 products per file.  If you require more Products please contact Support.
    • How will I handle refunds?
