• What are mobile numbers for?

  Every Business is provided a mobile number. You then can provide this number to your customers or use in your social media or online marketing. Customers enter the mobile number into favourite messaging App and engage with your business.

• Can I bring my mobile number with me?

  It depends. You can not use your own personal umber. Please contact us if you have a WhatsApp business number and we can help you port that number to Payemoji.

• You don’t have a mobile number for my country?

  Currently all our mobile numbers are UK based. Going ahead and basis availability, we will support mobile numbers across different countries.

• Can I change my mobile number, select a different number?

  No currently we do not offer a service to allow you to choose your phone number. But stay tuned we are all the time enhancing our service and adding new features.

• What countries do you support mobile numbers for?

  We support mobile numbers from lots of different countries (e.g. UK, Ireland, USA etc.) If you specifically want a country added please contact support@payemoji.com
